Dr. Shilpa Gupta is a renowned Therapist and an Emotional Wellbeing Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. She is the Director of EmoAid, an organisation that aims at making Emotional Wellbeing available at the doorstep. She is also an International Trainer of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with EFTMRA-  one of the best UK based organization certifying individuals in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. Additionally, she is an eminent Parenting Consultant working actively to create happy families through her well researched interventions.

She has been working with a wide range of clients having varied mental health concerns, making her an expert in the area of resolving trauma, emotional difficulties as well as relationship challenges. Being certified in numerous established therapies and approaches, Dr. Shilpa is constantly involved in creating unique training programs and workshops to support budding and practicing mental health professionals build crucial skills.

With her drive to make Emotional Wellbeing a priority for all, she works not only at interventional but preventive level of mental health. Through various initiatives of EmoAid, such as self- help program, wellbeing programs, therapy camps, trainings and awareness workshops, she is trying to make quality mental health services affordable and accessible. During the Covid-19 pandemic times in 2020, her EmoAid Self Help program helped more than 1500 people with their ongoing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. In 2021 with the second wave impacting us, Dr. Shilpa along with her team has successfully conducted Covid Fear Anxiety Management programme with 100+ people in month of April and May 2021. The above program has benefitted people including children and youth who have been experiencing unsettling emotions ranging from fear, anxiety, helplessness, guilt, anger, guilt, stress, frustration and so on.

Accolades have also come in plenty to Dr. Shilpa Gupta. She was awarded ‘The LBF Visionary Award of Excellence’ for her contribution to the field of Parenting in October 2012. In 2013, she became one of the Global Presence Ambassadors representing India for the humanitarian community service arm of Parenting 2.0 event. During the 6th National Women Excellence Awards 2013, she was honored with the Nav Kiran Award for selfless work for women and underprivileged. In 2014, she became a Certified Matrix Imprinting Practitioner, Certified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist in 2016 and in 2017, an Emotional Freedom Technique Trainer. In 2019 she became a Certified NLP Master Practioner and in 2020 the EmoAid Trainer of Trainers.
